Gregory J. Goulet, CRB, CRS, GRI
Greg Goulet is a
graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for the Department of
Defense in Washington DC, and for Sanders Associates in Nashua, NH, where he was an
engineer in the early phase of the commercial application of personal computers.
started Fawn Realty in Nashua, New Hampshire in 1974, built it to a two office CENTURY 21
franchise with gross closed commissions in excess of $1,000,000 annually, and sold the
business in 1990. At that time he combined his real estate experience with his engineering
background to form RealSharp Systems, a value added sales representative of real estate
software for offices and agents.
Greg has earned the prestigious designations of
Real Estate Brokerage Manager, and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, from the
REALTORS® National Marketing Institute of the National Association of
REALTORS®. He has
served as Treasurer and Director of the Greater Nashua Board of REALTORS®, and was a
charter member and past President, Treasurer and Director of the Southern New Hampshire
Multiple Listing Service.
He has also served as one of the original representatives to the
CENTURY 21 National Brokers Communication Council, and has served locally as a Director of
the CENTURY 21 Brokers' Council of Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and was past
chairperson for the New Hampshire CENTURY 21 Region. He has been affiliated with
International Relocation Consultants, Inc., and the Employee Relocation Council.
Greg has also served as an Executive Committee member for the
New Hampshire Chapter of the Boston Computer Society, the largest computer society in the world with over 25,000
members, prior to its termination for
"mission completed". He has also served on the New Hampshire Association of
REALTORS®' Education committee and a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of
