The dashboard can also be configured to open automatically upon login. To do so, point to Setup, then Preferences, and click on General. In the Auto display on start up section, select Home as shown in the image below and click Ok.

The Community and School report is a new feature made available free of cost. This report is intended for buyer leads and/or for farming area to show how the agent is the expert in their community. CSRs can be generated for any zip in the US.

Note: The CSR will not currently generate reports for Canadian areas.

The default template is a 20-page report. Data provided is real-time data. A Top Connector 7i license is not required to create a CSR, and CSR pages cannot be added to existing presentations (such as CMAs, HMRs, Buyer presentations). However pages from CMAs, HMRs, and Buyer presentations can be added into the CSR (with some exceptions such as the comparable pages).

Only one school can be selected currently for a CSR. In future releases the user will be able to select 3-5 schools. Once a CSR is created, the user can add and remove pages and save those different versions. For example, remove all of the school pages and save the file and send it out to the farming area, or re-add the school pages and send out to a client.

Creating a CSR

To create a CSR, follow these steps:

Point to Presentations, then Create presentation, and click on Community report.

Note: As mentioned above, there is currently only one template for CSRs, the Community and school report template.
Select the subject property for the CSR and click Next.
The window below will be displayed:

Select a state from the Select state drop down menu. Enter in the desired search criteria (Zip, city, or county) and click Start search.
Select the desired zip code or city from the list in the Select a Zip / City box.

Note: If you selected to search by zip code in step 5, you will not be prompted to select a zip code and can skip this step. If however, you chose to search by County, you will need to select a city in this step and then select a zip code within that city. With this in mind, it is preferable to search by zip code in step 5 if possible.
Select a school if desired from the bottom box.

Note: Currently, only one school can be selected. Future updates will allow the ability to select multiple schools and compare them.
If necessary, click the Location 2 tab at the top of the window and repeat steps 5 and 6 if you wish to compare 2 different communities. Otherwise, click Make presentation at the bottom of the window.

The presentation can now be viewed, edited, printed or published like any other CMA, buyer presentation, or HMR. The basic CSR contains community info on population, average income, employment, cost of living, weather, pollution, and crime. School details include enrollment levels and programs offered.
