6 New Features within Top Producer Website IDX
1) GUI Overhaul: GUI = Graphical User Interface or laymen's terms, just plain looks better!
Changes include; Search page - Result page - Icons
2) Color matching with Top Producer Website: When Website user changes theme, the IDX colors are automatically updated.
3) Zip Code Filter: Can now restrict zip codes as well as city, in particular when they specifically specialize and serve in defined areas.
4) Enhancement of Search Fields: more fields for drill down searches such as Waterfront only.
Consumer View:
5) Map Search: in addition to searching strictly be Criteria as before. Allows a consumer to search for listings visually. From the Map, search criteria can be refined.
6) Tell a Friend: Allows others to work for the agent. Forwarding information through email is a primary source of awareness in today's world. 'Tell a Friend' added to the other functions listed below.
